I think this is a national ad... New one for car insurance. The message is "Pay for what you need" and nothing more. Similar to "name your price" with Progressive.

The ad shows this guy going through the store and opening up packages and only taking as many individual items as he needs. Such as a single roll of paper towels.

Dumb motherfucker is shopping at Costco. Such a stupid commercial.
