06
I would have guessed 04 for Justin but I looked at the old board to check.

Crazy. Kaius is late-2013 and THIP is 2014.

Word. She is a close 2nd to Annie as my favorite female rocker. Never thought of putting her on my team, though.Lament wrote:Karen O. is fucking awesome.

Re: Dream Band Super-Group Tournament - Final Four voting is
Alright, voting time...
Ship Of Fools: Self has my favorite lineup in the tourney; August Heat is also a great group of musicians, Jack White, Beck, AND Young Neil... That just seems like too many alpha male frontmen for one band.
M4M: I thought about abstaining, but that cherry got popped last round... I thought about voting for Spirits Of The Rising Stew because it's a great lineup and would make for the best finals matchup against Self... This vote simply came down to the object of the game: Have fun AND try to win.
This has been so much fun!

Your band has been leaving a bloodbath in its wake the first two rounds, THIP. You must be proud.

...and finally, for you Pink Floyd and King Crimson-loving RMers who aren't too keen on Les being in M4M, I submit this live album from The Colonel... The second set is a full album cover of Animals... They also play a KC song + some original tunes in the first set... They close set 1 with Shine On You Crazy Diamond. Definitely worth a listen, as I believe this may make you a believer in Colonel Claypool.

At first I wondered if your band destroying stip's was partly because of stip's rep on here, but to blow out Argo's band is impressive. You might be the favorite to win this whole thing now.

My rep isn't that great with some here, at least stip's rep here seems to have become tongue-in-cheek. I'm too new new for the mainstays to not take me seriously.

Okay
August Heat: this is close. Two great bands outside of their lead singers, but I'll sometimes get Jack White and Beck (both of whom are hit or miss for me but I sometimes like a lot) with Joey's team. Plus the women are okay, for what little I've heard of them (I barely know either)
Molecules for Mercury: At this point it's probably my favorite group of the 4, provided Les Claypool doesn't open his mouth

And Lament, if you'll recall,I too am always beaten by an eventual winner in the first round. So this tournament will settle a lot of things!
