what i want to do is have my own cable and internet access without having a cable company wire up my sister's house for it... i think. i don't know. that's what i'm trying to understand. ugh

i really didn't. i heard that netflix is getting ready to raise it's subscription rate for new users (existing members will continue paying the established rate for 'a generous amount of time' though) so i'll probably sign up this weekend to take advantage of lower fees.
