I think it was Marjorie's grandmother - she was closest to the wine before he died.

I'm more interested in Bran's vision of dragons flying over King's Landing....

Not obvious... I automatically assumed it was a lustful nod to each other. But I can see it being seen as a sinister one as well.Chris_H_2 wrote:Nothing of the nod from Loras Tyrell to Oberyn Martell, or is that too obvious?

How about the shade Loras threw at Jamie? "Neither will you." Burn!

Flaunting spoilers is poor form, but shame on anyone who hasn't seen an episode of a show taking the risk by going on social media. I don't check twitter especially until I've watched the episode and was the same way with breaking bad.BurtReynolds wrote:Facebook was spoilerific today.

Guys, if I see a spoiler code in this thread I assume it's because someone doesn't want to give away part of the show for those who haven't seen it yet. Book spoilers can go in the other thread entirely.Simple Torture wrote:MitchCumstein wrote:I guess I can't even read mainstream, so called "spoiler free" reviews anymore. I don't think what's under the spoiler tag there is too spoiler-rific, but I'll even take it down a few notches from there.
Definitely don't go in the book thread; I spent my afternoon critiquing people's theories, i.e., how far off they were, what they got right and what they got wrong, etc...

Pretty good theory here. Don't know how accurate it is but well worth a read.

Yeah it wasn't terrible, I just didn't want to see it get any further. If I'm all caught up in the show I assume there's nothing in a spoiler tag I don't already know about in this thread.Simple Torture wrote:I don't think what's under the spoiler tag there is too spoiler-rific, but I'll even take it down a few notches from there.

I would normally agree with this but I was casually flicking through my FB newsfeed yesterday afternoon without thinking of GoT and got spoiled. I know this is arbitrary, but I think it's a much bigger deal to post spoilers on Facebook than it is on Twitter.zeb wrote:I would normally agree with this but I was casually flicking through my FB newsfeed yesterday afternoon without thinking of GoT and got spoiled. Re: HBO: Game of Thrones (Song of Ice and Fire)
yeah i've seen this pointed out on several sites enough today to suspect this is what actually happened, and i think some or most of the folks doing this are book readers (or non-readers who've been spoiled) pretending to not know and pointing out these things. because internet points, i guess.zeb wrote:http://kotaku.com/the-big-thing-you-mightve-missed-in-last-nights-game-of-1563058360

anyway, while this "theory" shines a pretty convincing light on the who that could have done the actual deed, i guess this doesn't necessarily mean this IS the answer for the whodunnit- there was a scene earlier in the episode that now sticks out to me as a curious one- but the subtlety of it all amidst the other characters having more clear avenues certainly speaks to things we non-reading peons just can't pick up on yet.
it's sad, but this show will never be able to be like lost where we dissect all these clues, talk about them for a week (or season breaks), come up with ideas and theories, and find out what it was later. half the audience already knows, and going anywhere on the internet someone is liable to say something, even if they have good intentions. it kinda sucks. at least this show can still surprise me, though.
ah, copperplate, a font for the truly modern man.

Like AndySlash I think that this theory is more likely a "theory".

Numbering them left to right: Crystal 1 is partially blocked by her hair/dress. Crystal 6 is partially covered by her dress. And what would be crystal 7 is covered by her shirt, and you can even see the 7th triangle just above her dress's neckline.
