Re: The Wire
My wife and I were watching the series finale and I said, "Oh, I guess it was the episode before this where Michael got rid of Bug." Five seconds later I turned to her and she had tears running down her cheeks. Whoops!

Re: The Wire
My wife and I had a long convo tonight about Carv and Hauk and the different paths their lives took. They basically started on the same trajectory (looking to climb the ladder), and although they both stayed career oriented (with Hauk was outside the department in the end), it's fascinating to us that the biggest difference is that Hauk wanted to keep his buddies and Carver didn't really care, but it's Hauk who turned into the scumbag and Carver who turned into the "nice guy" (if you can use that term in The Wire's universe).

Re: The Wire
the only A-Z arc in the whole thing, is Bubz...no other character has a happy ending, beginning middle and end...not one apart from him.

Re: The Wire
I really can't do a top 5, I left Frank, Norman, and Chris off my list and I loved those guys. Not to mention the whole Greek crew.
