I highly doubt anything happens to her. He seemed to be interested in keeping highborn prisoners as leverage

It's incredibly easy to forget that the "frogeaters" are highborn with how dirty, sickly, and diminutive they are; it's something both Martin and the showrunners have characterized very well considering Howland Reed is the most important character that hasn't appeared on page/screen yet; unless you're one of the internet-reading conspiracy theorists, you completely forget about him.

It would very interesting if they brought Howland Reed to the show because he is barely mentioned in the books, but he seems like he would be a good character.
