when does espn decide to add people to the DL? i missed out on a couple of possible closers to replace chapman because he is just listed as day to day

The dl will probably be in use once the first game is played, but the teams still in spring training for another week might not place the player on it until their season starts.

The Reds really need to consider the fantasy implications when it comes to when they place Chapman on the DL.
