It's a beautiful song but I don't think it's a waltz.

Pretty sure the only Pearl Jam waltzes are All or None and Come Back, which I always lump together for their similar transitions to crunchy guitar soloing as well.

I feel this is probably the most overrated song on probably their most overrated album. I don't think it's bad, but it's not that good either. Especially coming after the slower songs on the first three albums, a pretty big letdown. PJ ballads in that era were a thing of beauty.
