It's crazy how long he's been around, and up until this season still effective. I was in middle school when he came out and I really liked him and, probably more so, those late 90's T-Wolves jerseys.

I had a dream last night/this morning that the Heat got semi-blown out tonight. It wasn't until I was driving to work and the radio mentioned game 2 tonight that I realized it was a dream.

This has happened to me before since I tend to fall asleep watching the west coast game.4/5 wrote:I had a dream last night/this morning that the Heat got semi-blown out tonight. It wasn't until I was driving to work and the radio mentioned game 2 tonight that I realized it was a dream.

Hey, I still believe in the dream of Fo-Fo-Fo at the moment. So round 2 has been pretty boring so far, eh?
Guess the Pacers are "back."

Re: NBA Thread
Another horrid coaching job by Brooks yesterday. Got bailed out by the decision not to foul on the Clippers final possession and ran way too many isos in the final 6 minutes or so. Durant touched the ball way too little and the spacing was not good at all. Got to hand it to the Clippers though, they didn't give up.

Lebron is so good. He can carry the Heat all by himself and all it takes is one other guy to get hot or hit a timely shot and they win. If it wasn't for the constant histrionic bitchfests every time he doesn't get a call I might be able to root for the guy. Nah.

Everyone does it to different degrees. I think it has something to do with how annoying their complaining face is.Peeps wrote:i dont know why bron or wade or kobe are given grief over complaining about calls. every player does it.

Re: NBA Thread
My confidence in the Heat's title hopes is shaken at the moment. Looks like the Pacers are going to be a much tougher battle than I thought even 4 or 5 days ago. I was actually dumb enough to think that I should be rooting for the Pacers because they'd be an easier matchup than the Wizards. Mind you, I hate them too much to actually do that, but that's how dumb I can be sometimes.

At least Lebron is the best player in the world. I can't stand Wade when he complains because he's more often than not looking for a bail-out call, laying on the ground as the other team goes on a fast break.

I don't know what is going on with the Pacers right now. I believe it mostly speaks to how important matchups are in the playoffs.4/5 wrote:My confidence in the Heat's title hopes is shaken at the moment.
