That's kind of what I was thinking.lowlight79 wrote:I think at first it just looked like a tiny cut, because the metal pelt is embedded so deep in his hand, they probably just bandaged it not realizing.Monkey_Driven wrote:How did the hospital that admitted him after he knocked himself out not see the damage to his hand?tommymctom wrote:When it falls off.lowlight79 wrote:So when is Lester gonna realize that his hand is gonna fall off and he needs to seek help?

I've only seen episode 1 so far, but holy shit. Btw, are all the episodes different lengths?

If this gets a season 2, will it be a completely different story?

I kinda hope so. Or else this thing is gonna have to open up before the end of this season. I guess it depends on who makes it out alive.

In 2012, it was announced that FX was developing a new television series based on the Academy Award-winning film Fargo with the Coen brothers as executive producers.[4] It was later announced that adaptation would be a 10-episode limited series

According to this site: http://seriable.com/fargo-cancelled-renewed-season-2/
It looks like FX is eyeing a Season 2 and maybe even 3.
But nothing definite. And nothing about whether or not it would be a True Detective style thing or feature the same cast.

Re: TV: Fargo
I read an interview with Martin Freeman where he said that one of the things that drew him to Fargo was that it was a self-contained story and not a massive, multi-year commitment. So, I doubt he would be back.durdencommatyler wrote:According to this site: http://seriable.com/fargo-cancelled-renewed-season-2/

I'd like to see Billy Bob's character get his $1 million ransom and bury it somewhere, lose it, and have someone else find it to set up season 2.

That could be a fun vehicle to carry from one story to the next. I'd like to see them continue that, yeah.tommymctom wrote:I'd like to see Billy Bob's character get his $1 million ransom and bury it somewhere, lose it, and have someone else find it to set up season 2.

I've watched the first 5, not really impressed so far. It's gonna take something good to keep me going with this.

Re: TV: Fargo
I've watched all of these from day 1.
It's a masterpiece.
The writing, the performances, the cinematography, everything.
The scene from the last episode that traced Bill Bob's attack from the viewpoint outside the building in a single shot - captivating and brilliant.

That was one of the most intense episodes of TV I've seen. This show is brilliant. Did anyone get a total Kubrik vibe at the beginning when they panned down the hallway of the hotel and then the slow fades? I expected Danny to come riding through there on his big wheel.

Re: TV: Fargo
Lester Nygaard might be the most disgusting, heartless, awful and immoral character I've ever seen on TV. Jesus. That fucker just turns my stomach. Unreal.
