speculative at best. Also the book strongly hints that the Others turn Craster's sons in White Walkers when his wives speak about "crasters sons are out there" and how when they come an icy wind blows. It is very interesting to think about though if true.

Excised from the show thread:
AndySlash wrote:on another note, and let me know if i missed anything that would say otherwise, i kind of think tywin may be in on the joffrey killing, or at least is aware of it. him and momma tyrell had a curious conversation in the purple wedding episode, and with her being outed to us as the one who put the poison in the cup i'm thinking he knows. tywin was so quick to move on last episode, too, that it made me think this is all going according to a "plan", though perhaps he is unaware of littlefinger's involvement. cersei basically admitted joffrey was a problem this episode, and tywin seemed to know this a long time ago- maybe he felt it was time to do something.
I almost want to tell him he's wrong, but I feel like it'd almost be a spoiler. I have a feeling that Tywin's death is going to hit some people harder than Joffrey's did.

So, what are we still waiting for in these final 4 eps?

-Mountain vs Red Viper
-Lysa getting tossed
-Tyrion finishing off Tywin
-Daneryus wasting time

Anything I'm missing?

I still think, based on the episode titles, we're going to see:
Spoiler: show
Episode 7 - Lysa flies out the moon door, Tyrion gets his champion
Episode 8 - The unfortunate end of Prince Oberyn
Episode 9 - The wildings attack the wall, although this may bleed into the next episode
Episode 10 - Arya kills the Hound, Tyrion kills Tywin
Unless they cut out a lot (and I do think they will cut out quite a bit, but not THAT MUCH), I bet Dany only gets as far as marrying Loraq, but I don't think Quentyn Martel shows up this season / I don't think we'll see the fighting pits until next year.

Lady Stoneheart reveal :bammer:
Hope so, but I'm not optimistic that she'll be included.

I think the Coldhands ship has sailed with the Bran-y bunch leaving Craster's on their own. The title of the last episode hints that Bran will have found the 3 eyed Raven by seasons end.

Wildlings surely attack the Wall, but doubt Stannis saves the day.

Coldhands has all but been officially confirmed as not in the show.

Michelle Fairley was tight-lipped when asked about LSH, so who knows. In a perfect world, I would end this season with a panning shot over the Trident, a direwolf is carrying something to the shore and the Brotherhood happens upon it. Dondarrion's face shows something is upsetting, he drops to his knees next to what the wolf has brought ashore. The camera pans up her body to show her neck first and then revealing her face. Hold the camera on her face for a few seconds and then her eyes open. /season

In a perfect world, the reveal would be identical to the book.

you're right, the epilogue did a fine enough job. What I described is what I think would fit into the general feel of the show, though.

I really like your version, I do. And I do think it would fit. I'm just so partial to seeing her reappear at the death of a Frey. It was so shocking and violent and terrifying. If the show can pull off that same feeling, I really don't care how they do it.

Hold on a second. Is this Catelyn? Are you talking about how she reappears at the end of the book? But she's like the undead, right? I was so confused by that, and couldn't get through much of the next book to figure it out. Feel free to spoil me. Thanks.

And why even bother introducing Beric if we don't see Stoneheart?

I feel like they have mentioned Catelyn too much not to bring LSH in at this point. I wonder if we are gonna see out of the The greyjoys next season, considering they are all over a feast for crows. And is that true about coldhands? if so that's a real bummer.
