Suspicion and IBH are high points on their records. 7 Chinese Bros is a personal favorite and I think a bit under appreciated (probably my #2 only behind Harborcoat). Texarkana is understandably a bit lost on the powerhouse OoT, but it's a fantastic display of how good the band is without Stipe behind the wheel.
I may have drafted Untitled in the first or second round last time we did this. I feel like I picked it really early, and I was just hoping I could get it a bit later this time around.

I fully agree about Texarkana.

That's the first time I've heard that, but he did right to write new lyrics. I definitely prefer 7CB.
Actually all he is doing is reading the liner notes to some gospel cd :)

Oops, hit submit before it typed anything.

I was going to say, "that's probably what turned me off!"

You don't actually prefer it do you? That sounds condescending. Do you prefer it, really? There, that's a little better. :)

7cb has a haunting romanticism to it that I can't get too much of.

You took 9-9 te same round I was going to, but then again I like almost all of Murmur quite a bit so I was ok with it.

I'm quite surprised there's not been more voting participation considering how popular the band seemed to be amongst the board population.

I sometimes wish we could make this a half PJ, half R.E.M. board.

About the voting, I think we need a PR campaign. Raise some awareness. Need a mod to do something unusual that sticks out, draw attention to the thread. Like point every thread title to this one for a few hours...

Couldn't we get threads like this stickied on the Board Index page? Maybe under "Announcements" or something?

We are smiling at each other a lot. It's getting kind of awkward.

This world is big, and so awake, I stayed up late, to hear your voice. This light is here, to keep you warm, this song is here, to keep you strong.

I made a list, of things to say. All I want to say, all I really want to say is... :heartbeat:
