That may be true. It's been a long time since I've listened, but going off of memory I feel like their first 3 albums were pretty good by any standard.

Their 80's and 90's hits were a big part of my childhood; I still maintain that a lot of it is extremely well-composed and well-executed pop music. The 70's stuff is good fun and dirty rock and roll.
