there are a few bots in RM's history who, if they felt regret (or felt anything at all for that matter), would rue the day that they passed on "shirtoid" as their username

yes, and don't forget the superhuman-level berserk rage that results from the combination of cocaine, RATM, and getting behind the wheel of a car

I watched X men first class..I liked it. Some glaring holes in it and Fassbender's Dublin accent falling through every other time he had dialogue, was annoying, but I liked it overall.

McKellan was on a chat show here last night. He's such a cool bastard...

Fassbender admitted he didnt know WHAT he was doing accent wise in that movie, but for the next one, he watched TONS of interviews of McKellan to have his accent (and apparently he nailed it pretty good)

At this point (early reviews have been great for Days of Future Past) I dont care how the movie does, the press interviews alone have been a blast to watch. McKellan / Stewart / McAvoy / Fassbender / Jackman and Dinklage have been hilarious

Just watched it. Good stuff. It does get better towards the second half, when it becomes more than a bunch of characters standing around explaining shit to each other. Erik/Xavier fans will have a lot that will make them happy. And I think it's funny that Last Stand was so bad that Fox had to spend over $250 million dollars essentially retconning it.

Also, hilarious costume design aside, Quicksilver was a highlight.

its not as super-heroy as Avengers
and not as comic-book humory as Spider-man
but...

Its possibly, and ill admit, im bias as im a far bigger X-fan than the others,
THE BEST COMIC BOOK MOVIE EVER!!!!!
Spoiler: show
sure, it doesnt follow the comic book story, changes characters around, I still dont understand how Kitty can "phase" minds to the past? but no one can really explain any of the super powers clearly lol. The set up is good, Charles and Erik side by side again is great, and then it happens, ya just knew young Mags was going to go extreme! Its going to be really interesting where they go for the next movie. Its going to be hard to top this one.

Maybe. I wasn't blown away by it, but it's very enjoyable. Best comic book movie of all time? Nah.

I'll admit im bias, ive always been a far bigger X-fan
but it did a lot of lil things the other movies dont do.

Avengers TRIED to give itself emotional weight with the whole Coulson / needed someone to avenge, in the end its simply super heros putting on tights to save the world. This movie just had so much more emotional weight to it IMO but like i said, im bias, ill take the X-men over the others anyway.
