I believe he was referring to the song. Most of his other tweets about what Nicky plays in the dressing room before shows have referred to individual tracks, and Nicky's love of that song has been well documented since Vs. came out.

This is not really a Pearl Jam reference, but last night I watched this Ramones DVD that had backstage footage and caught a glimpse of a young Ricky Ramone back when he was Johnny Ramone's guitar tech. He looked so young, so innocent. Before all the horrors.

had to go to the ear doctor today to get an ear wax impaction removed. afterward, they did a hearing test with beeps, followed by repeating words. two of the words back to back were PEARL and GERM.
