Stand By Me - Ben E. King

That vocal. The strings. The dreamy percussion. The passion at the end when he sings "Whenever you're in trouble, won't you stand by me?" Lyrics that are both effortless and profound at the same time. And an instrumental bridge that doubles as the most painfully beautiful thirty or so seconds in the history of pop music. One of the most perfect things to ever exist. If you've never really listened to this song you're depriving yourself of something magical.
