That first half was a sight to see. I kept thinking about 4/5 sitting there taking the abuse. Good to see you made it through the game man.

There were several moments in that first half that led me to rewind and show my wife the passing clinic. Kudos to the Heat for making a charge in the second half.

Well that was predictably awful. The Marlins and Heat are now a combined 0-5 in championship games I've been to. (ECF, finals, World Series, and NLCS)

Have you reached the point where if someone called you up and offered you a free ticket to game six you'd turn it down?

Well, I'm in Utah for the next week lol. Free? I'd have to go, no doubt. I might not pay, though.

Every timeout in the first half led to me slinking into my seat, putting my hands into my face, "they can't miss a shot." Even Manu's stupid three at the end of the quarter. I've never seen anything like that in my life. I actually don't have a voice today from all my screaming in the third/early fourth quarters. I have to say that place was electric at that point in the game, but man the Spurs were just on. And their "on" is better than anybody else's "on."

This series isn't over, but it's not looking good for Miami.

And t2b, c'mon man that wasn't just their A game, that was one of the very best performances of this whole era.

They actually played a ton of bad defense in that game. Miami shot better than 50% from 3 and a bunch of the 3s they missed were wide-open.
But I will admit that I actually prefer the old, boring "defensive" Spurs to this pass-happy, ball-movement team.

Seriously! Compared to what most reporters have to deal with, this is less than nothing.
To me, most of the media stuff he does is more playful than nasty.

They didn't need to be playing their best defense ever for that to be their "A" game. If you tell me the spurs will shoot 91% in a quarter and 75% in a half, they're winning that game. And if I'm rooting for the spurs I'd prefer that to them playing better defense
With a more typical, or sustainable, offensive output.

Well, like I said, I prefer the old school lock-down defensive Spurs. Back then, if they were leading by 10 in the fourth, it was over. Nowadays, I'm still on the edge of my seat when they're up by 14 with 4 minutes left. We need Bowen to come back and rough up LeBron.
