Which are those b sides Stip? specially from Bubblegum...
I loved the outtakes.
Mirrored and Mud Pink Skag, both of which were better than a few of the tracks on Bubblegum
They were both covers so I don't know if they count but Slide machine and Death Don't Have No Mercy from Scraps are both excellent as well. Especially Slide Machine

Gutted.
Kidding. Hey I always enjoy reading the different opinions on here. Not sure why Valencia is so appealing to me--the execution/harmonies I'm sure are a large part of my draw to it. A simple song about love lost yet knowing that life goes on, it's just beautifully done IMO. He's not looking for pity, just sharing sorrows. The song does have a bit of an incomplete feel to it, but I think that actually made me like it even more (for some odd reason).
Mark Lanegan Band's new EP, titled No Bells On Sunday, will be released on August 25th, 2014. 12' Vinyl pre-order link below. Nothing on amazon, etc yet...

Saw Mark tonight for the first time as the opener for Nick Cave. Absolutely incredible. He joined Nick and the Bad Seeds for The Weeping Song which was something else. Now that I'm living on the West coast, I'm sure I'll be catching him again soon.
Awesome man, great pic. I've seen him about 10 times now and each time is better than the last. He's a nice guy too when you meet him. Did he play any new songs?

Nothing new, but the Imitations stuff sounded great. You Only Live Twice was perfect. He really nails the vocals on that one.
EDIT: Also agree about him being a nice guy. Just socially awkward as hell, so I get why some people get the wrong vibe from him.
