Ran my longest run ever today. Did 15 miles. The best part was that I did it at a 10:25 pace (which is slow for most of you, I realize) but I also felt great after the run. Last time I ran 14 I was wrecked. I felt like shit and didn't leave the coach all night.

I probably could have done another 2 or 3 and still finished strong.

Felt good.

That brings my total to 31 miles this week. And that was only over 3 days. I'm planning on running Sunday before work. Probably won't hit 40 miles this week for the first time, but hopefully, I can get 35-38.

It's unimaginative, but fuck it, I needed something.

Thanks, man.

I've been running for a couple of years now, but I've never been very fast. I've slowly worked up to this point and I'm pretty proud of the run today.

I usually do 6 days a week with Sunday off. Saturday morning I get on the treadmill and watch English soccer in the A.M. It enhances my viewing experience to run as I watch constant running. West Ham v Man U tomorrow. Go Hammers!

I think it's time for you to post a new picture of yourself, peeps. I haven't kept close track of how much weight you've lost, but I'm thinking you must be nearly unrecognizable now compared to, say, last year?

 You are doing this right, sir. People who lose weight slowly and steadily are far more likely to keep it off and not go back to old habits. Your consistency has been mind-boggling.

That's pretty impressive.

I just got my 900m swim done and now for 14km hard hike. I'll try to knock it off in 1:45, meaning there'll be stretches I'm jogging.
Think I’m going to try being kind to everyone a chance.

id so love to do swimming but the pool around here has a ton of kids and while i know they use chemicals and stuff to keep it clean, swimming in extra warm water scares me
