A friend of my had the same kind injury ford suffered. He broken the bottom part of tibia ice skating. He also needed surgery and wasn't fully healed for 3-4 months and he was 27 at the time. To tell people he will be ready in 6-8 weeks is insanity.

Abrams has way more heart and is far more genuine than Brick.

Until I see Brick, I'm going to keep this in my pocket as a very probable "most stip posts of all time" contender.

it's been years, but Brick struck me as a movie that tried way too hard. But it's also kind of hard to compare Abrams and Johnson. They're making very different movies, and in terms of tone, style, and approach to filmmaking Abrams seems like a much better fit for star wars.

This might well be the plot for Ep VII, please PLEASE don't read if you don't want to be spoiled, it's about all the major beats and where the characters are. This said person has apprarently read the 2nd draft of Abrams/Kasdan script. It sounds very legit and.... dark, cold war esque, explains the Empire rumors. Hugely exciting though. I skimmed though it with one eye open. It sounds brilliant and not what was expected. It has a certain greyness/complexity to it and a knowing that ESB was the best of the series.

Remember how ROTJ was supposed to end on a bittersweet note, with (spoiler) Luke running off into the unknown like the man with no name, well it sounds like this literally carries off on what would happen if Lucas hadn't his hands all over Jedi.
