This...if it goes down that way.

On the flip side, I am so tired of hearing these talking heads talk about how Miami doesn't "deserve" LeBron and how they all want him to go back. It really, really pisses me off.
If anything, James doesn't deserve Miami. He's screwing with the fan base.

I wish he would. It seems impossible that he doesn't know what he's doing at this point.

I'm not saying that either.

You don't think he's screwing around with the Miami fan base?

I think he's taking his time making a very important decision. It's tearing me, and Heat fans in general, apart. I'm a nervous wreck and this whole thing is affecting me a lot more than I should let it. I wish he would hurry up and say that he's staying and that he'd sign a lifetime contract and never put us through that again.

But, I don't think he set out to screw with the fan base, nor do I think he should rush himself or make his decision on account of fans.

***Though, If you are reading this, LeBron, it may kill me if you go, and I don't think you want that on your conscience, so just keep that in mind. K thx.***

As a fan who lost Lebron once, I can say that all that emotion boils down relatively quickly to "whatever  ."

So much this. I think he'll resign for two years or something.
Yeah, I'm trying hard to not give a shit, but ESPN says I should give a shit. And they say it over and over and over and over.

I'm starting to think LeBron has no intention of going to Cleveland. He's setting this up to say he would have gone back home if not for that letter. He wants to ruin Gilbert.

i hope so. if he does go back he is a way better man than me because if i was lebron i would tease the fuck out of dan gilbert and say unoffically i was coming back and then at the presser say i am going to cleve....and have someone whisper in my ear then say, well i was going to go to cleveland but then i was just reminded of dan's comic sans letter about me being a quitter etc.... instead i will be joining kobe with the lakers...and fuck you 4/5 :)

It's his way of not having the Cleveland fans hate him. Otherwise I think this would have come up a lot sooner.

I have to imagine we'll know something by the end of the weekend. If not, I'd hate to be a Rockets fan waiting on Bosh with the clock ticking on the Parsons deal.

If he really wants to screw with him he'll take a one year deal with Miami and let it leak that if Cleveland makes the right moves he'll maybe come next year.

This is ridiculous. All of this build up for both LBJ and Melo to stay where they are.

He never comes home to Akron without getting booed. I don't know if he'd exacerbate that just to fuck with Dan Gilbert. It's not like fans would say, "Oh Lebron, you were right! Dan Gilbert's an asshole. We're so glad you taught us!"

In his defense (and I HATE to defend Lebron), I don't know if he's done anything to drum this shit up. It seems to all be the actions of the Cavs and the Heat and ESPN making people nuts.

At this point I'm sure he's going back to Cleveland at some point. I used to think he'd go back at the tail end of his career, but now I think he's in Miami two years tops and then back to Cleveland. Or at least I'm hoping he's not just going straight back there right now.
