Amen. A lot of what makes their bridges work is how they transition back in, and Insignificance is perfect. Out of the bridge and into the chorus progression, it sounds like the end of the world.

This one too. Binaural has lots of great moments like this, in addition to the one I mentioned above. A favorite of mine is the way the bridge in Gods' Dice hits pause on the stampede the song utilizes for the rest of its running time, hovering like the dice in air for a moment before it crashes back in.

question for musicians/songwriters here: is there a way to formulate a bridge? like if the song is in a major key, is the bridge supposed to be in minor?

as far as my favorite, i think severed hand stands out the most. granted, i love the entire song, but the bridge fits so perfectly.
