Re: Official Vault Releases
My guess for Jungle Oats would be a Gossard project that never saw the light of day (under the name Jungle Oats at least)

i assume it's a side project given it's neighbors, but i wonder who's the prominent member(s).LetMeSleep wrote:My guess for Jungle Oats would be a Gossard project that never saw the light of day (under the name Jungle Oats at least)

Re: Official Vault Releases
I steal music as much as the next guy, but this band finally does something right with this release so what's the harm in actually paying for it? It's not ridiculously priced, and you have options in quality/format.Hugh Mungus wrote:I'm trying to avoid that option.cutuphalfdead wrote:You could always, you know, buy it.

Re: Official Vault Releases
can somebody explain jungle oats (5 reels, Comp Reel, and AVAST 1 & 2) and it's place between Brad reels and ed solo tour pro-tools/drives.

Jungle Oats was the band name Jeff gave on one of the Monkeywrench/Self Pollution broadcasts... referring to a song he played from the upcoming (first) Three Fish album.i assume it's a side project given it's neighbors, but i wonder who's the prominent member(s).

Re: Official Vault Releases
I didn't see Bellingham 2000 listed. Wasn't that also a leak or test distribution or PJ Radio exclusive?

You know, I still haven't listened to that; I was waiting for a decent quality copy to be released.

I haven't listened to it either. I think they broadcast it out of order. Or every single set list site and audience recording is wrong.Birds in Hell wrote:Only broadcast on PJ Radio.CopperTom wrote:I didn't see Bellingham 2000 listed. Are there any other full-concert PJ radio exclusives?

Re: Official Vault Releases
I was hoping we'd get a release like Constitution Hall every summer (CD/vinyl/web editions)...sorry, past me, shouldn't have been so hopeful.

Agreed and I'd buy it the day it came out but if that doesn't happen the version that exists is good quality I think.VinylGuy wrote:It would be nice to have something from 1995.

That version of Jeremy is great.

Yeah we pretty much already have a vault release of Constitution Hall 1995.

I meant: I wish we had one show per year put out like Constitution Hall was last year. I can see how my comment could have been misread, though!cutuphalfdead wrote:Yeah we pretty much already have a vault release of Constitution Hall 1995.

Re: Official Vault Releases
I'm surprised this hasn't been discussed yet. This was in the Ten Club August Newsletter:zoe1271 wrote:WTF? Where is #4? It's been over a year since #3, right?
"On September 10th, 2000 Pearl Jam played the historic Mt. Baker Theater in Bellingham, WA supporting the band's 6th studio album, Binaural. This memorable show has been mixed and mastered and is now available for purchase in digital and CD formats in the Pearl Jam Shop.
Following in the footsteps of Vault #3, the Ten Club is making a vault show available on vinyl as a limited edition, 180 gram 3-LP set. Ten Club members can pre-order the set now through 5:00PM PDT on September 10th.
Click here to reserve your vinyl now.
Any remaining quantities will be made available to non-members after that time."
The show was actually played on May 10th, 2000, not September 10th, 2000 as the newsletter states. From what I remember, the SiriusXM Pearl Jam channel broadcasted a soundboard of this show a few years ago and someone copied it from there and circulated it. It'll be nice to get an upgrade but I don't understand why they are releasing another show from a tour that they already released 72 shows from.

It's being discussed in the Goods thread in the main Pearl Jam forum.

This was my fault. I didn't come here to talk about it like i should have. I saw it mentioned in the goods thread and made my comment there. Oops.cutuphalfdead wrote:It's being discussed in the Goods thread in the main Pearl Jam forum.
