I don't like to start the time limit for picks the day the drafting starts, since people didn't know the order, etc. So at midnight the following day the clock begins. so in 4 minutes Koopee's clock starts at which point he has 3 hours.

When I hear Leatherman, I envision Tom Waits as the protagonist.
