It's still bliss, even if at 27 I'm less likely to steal a hot pink Cadillac and leave a trail of blood and illegitimate children across the Colombian coastline, with a trunk full of strange crystals and dead bodies, crossing out the names of all who have wronged me with the tip of my blood-smeared revolver.

Yeah, I remember that coming up before, and it's definitely the first official release. So if the single was '99, but the album was '00, then you're safe going with the single, for example.
