It was an amazing concert experience. Looking forward to seeing what she adds to a pearl jam song.

I wouldn't mind if that was actually the type of stuff they were adding rather than the whole "let's make it sound epic / poignant" string section. Or even along the lines of Desire (no not the U2 song).

As stoked as I am to see her in the studio with Pearl Jam, yeah, I too kind of have that trepidation that we're getting more strings on a new album. If its a Parting Ways kind of thing, awesome, but otherwise, it makes me nervous.

Since it happened so long ago that Jack was still in the band they will just digitally replace his face with Matt's and splice in some shots of Boom as well. They will also alter the audio to tack on the now-obligatory Star Spangled Banner.

I hope during one of the quieter parts you can hear a dude yelling "THANK YOU SO MUCH EDDIE!"

Actually, I wonder if there will be an eleventh track on the Ten Club edition of the record that is just twelve minutes of various fans thanking the band and the Ten Club for all they do.
