Fun fact, I watched them filming part of this episode. They shot it in my neighborhood. I'm JUST out of frame (you can't see me, but I'm standing there), on the corner, as Adam turns and runs in front of the deli.

Its gonna be sad when the series is cancelled because Lena was killed by a random fan.durdencommatyler wrote:They came to MY neighborhood! If anyone is being stalked, it's me.VinylGuy wrote:Fun fact? you are a stalker man...those actors should be warned.durdencommatyler wrote:

Hannah has become the least interesting character on the show.
That voicemail to Jessa looked like someone in high school was acting it out.

The choices Lena made as Hannah were dead on. Her performance in that scene was desperate and immature and flailing.Mecca wrote:Not how Hannah was acting, how Lena was acting as the character Hannahdurdencommatyler wrote:Well, right.Mecca wrote:That voicemail to Jessa looked like someone in high school was acting it out.

Mecca, why do you keep watching this show? All you do is complain about it.

I'm just being critical of the things I don't like. I like a lot of the characters and the writing is usually interesting. Shit, I've said within the last few episode some things I liked.theplatypus wrote:Mecca, why do you keep watching this show? All you do is complain about it.

and that scene was supposed to be like that...you could get any actress and it would be the same.

Re: TV: Girls
Sure. I mean, I agree that acting is what she's weakest at (but she's so talented that I shutter to use the word "weakness"). She's a much stronger writer and director. But I personally don't think that scene is a good example of any acting shortcomings. I thought she nailed it. That was exactly Hannah in crisis mode, I thought.Mecca wrote:you're immature and flailing!durdencommatyler wrote:The choices Lena made as Hannah were dead on. Re: TV: Girls
I think she's totally brilliant in all creative capacities. What she's able to do at her age is extraordinary. I think she's a strong actress, it's just she's also a better a writer and a better director. Just goes to show that her talent level is off the chart.VinylGuy wrote:It change me on the way i saw her as an actress. She is good there.durdencommatyler wrote:Not yet.
