Out of the other 250 tracks I had considered 15 from ten artists. Not sure if I feel I missed anything either

I have to say I'm a little surprised that there was no AC/DC in this. I contemplated putting one of theirs in

They only really had one iconic track in the 90s, didn't they?

There is just one song I considered taking (GYBE's Moya) and 2 artists (Talk Talk and Tortoise). In retrospect there are a couple songs from my team I would swap with some of what I left out. Such as:

I'm surprised more Weezer songs weren't taken.

Here's ten songs that I was going to include at one time or another, my final list went through numerous iterations. Heathen's Kyuss pick aside, nobody else took any other song I was seriously thinking about.

I kind of like this team better than what I ended up with...

Polvo - 'Tragic Carpet Ride'
Stereolab - 'Ping Pong'
A Tribe Called Quest - 'Electric Relaxation'
Spiritualized - 'Electricity'
Elliott Smith - 'Miss Misery'
Sonic Youth - 'Cinderella's Big Score'
Karate - 'There Are Ghosts'
De La Soul - 'Stakes is High'
Chappaquiddick Skyline - 'Solitary Swedish Houses'
Dirty Three - 'Distant Shore'

Random stuff I considered...
Spoiler: show
The Lemonheads - It's a Shame About Ray
U2 - Gone
Public Enemy - By the Time I Get to Arizona
The Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy - Television: The Drug of the Nation
Eazy-E - Real Muthaphuckin' Gs
Hole - Malibu
Oasis - Live Forever
Monaco - What Do You Want From Me
Pulp - Babies
David Garza - Discoball World
Spiritualized - Shine A Light/Cop Shoot Cop
Ride - Leave Them All Behind/Vapour Trail
Drugstore - Fader
Ice Cube - It Was a Good Day
PJ Harvey - The Sky Lit Up
Massive Attack - Unfinished Sympathy
Suede - The Beautiful Ones
The Verve - On Your Own
Blur - End of a Century
Liz Phair - Stratford-On-Guy
Outkast - Rosa Parks
Arrested Development - People Everyday
Prince - Le Grind
P.M. Dawn - Looking Through Patient Eyes
Seal - Prayer for the Dying
Kenickie - In Your Car
Placebo - Nancy Boy
The Cure - Wrong Number
Melanie C. - Goin' Down
Lisa Loeb - Stay (I Missed You)
Echo & the Bunnymen - Nothing Lasts Forever

Motown Junk was almost Motorcycle Emptiness. Kowalski was almost Higher Than The Sun. I wanted to take Rebel Girl in the second round, but was obviously beat to that punch. Nothing Compares 2 U was the other song that was on my long list that got taken.

I feel bad for not having any Powderfinger, Screaming Jets, Grinspoon or Shihad. So many great songs I could've used.

Vow - Garbage
50 Million Year Trip (Downside Up) - Kyuss
Burn - The Cure
Dry The Rain - The Beta Band
Groove Is In The Heart - Dee Lite
The Gentle Art of Making Enemies - FNM
Would? - AiC
Too Pure - Sebadoh
Stay - U2

I'm pretty surprised they got shut out. I would've expected Burn along with something from Wish to get picked.

Want would have been an awesome pick too, now that I think about it.
