Super interesting feedback and interpretations! Thanks for taking the time to absorb and discuss. I thought "Part time dads eat over the sink" was a killer opening line! I'm surprised more people didn't know that Beach Boys track but I'm glad Stip found the joy with Courtney Barnett.
Part Time Dads – Tim Rogers
Feel Flows – Beach Boys
Waterfall – Stone Roses
Avant Gardner – Courtney Barnett
Going Out – Supergrass
Motel Blues – Louden Wainwright
Any Love (Cassandra Et Lune) - Ken Stringfellow
Postcard From Surfers – Toby Martin
Dear Friend – Jonathan Wilson
Pity Love – Adam Green & Binki Shapiro
This Will Be Our Year – The Zombies
Happy Together – The Turtles
Mix looks great. I've been lax with these but I'll def give that a listen asap.

So, eight mixes in we've heard 113 different songs by 103 different artists with only 3 repeat artists (The Kinks twice, Adam Green & Binki Shapiro twice, and "Weird" Al Yankovic nine times).
Not too shabby. Nice to see how few repeat artists we've had so far. Good work on that, guys.
I think my favorite songs that I didn't know before these mixes so far are...
Nightswim - Owl Eyes
That's Alright - Laura Mvula
Release Your Problems - Chet Faker
Haitian Fight Song - Charles Mingus
Fuck It, You Win. - Hanni El Khatib

Courtney Barnett - Avant Gardner
Stone Roses - Waterfall
Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Zero
Janelle Monae - Dance Apocalyptic
The War on Drugs - Red Eyes
Would be my top 5. Zero and Avant Gardner are clearly at the top of that list. Both of those songs have gotten pretty extensive listening and I've downloaded those records (haven't gotten to the yeah yeah yeah's yet). I also listened to the war on drugs record, but it didn't really compel me to go back to it

Nice job, Fuzzcharger. I definitely did not realize that was a Beach Boys song which is surprising. I'm not really into them, but I figured I'd usually be able to recognize them.
I've found a few songs I've liked so far in the mix-sharing. Jackson Scott, Laura Mvula, the instrumentals from bodysnatcher's mix, and most of Jorge's mix (I checked out that Bohren album; it's nice, but could be a fair bit shorter, and I still need to check out Floratone).
I would just like to reiterate (so Lament doesn't have to) that it would be really swell if people who made mixes and weren't named Lament, Varis, Brett, and Stip (and now maybe Pryto) took the time to actually review other people's work.
And reviewing one the week before yours goes up doesn't really count.

This is a fair call and I have been feeling guilty for not contributing more. I've been so swamped by work that aside from the first 2 mixes I haven't had more than a chance to have a casual background listen to the other mixes. I've barely had time to post on here even. Now things have quietened down a little I shall have more time to devote to dedicated listening and feedback.

So I've played the new one twice, and I'm thinking I might try breaking it into 4-5 "chunks" to see if things make stronger impressions. I feel like there's some stuff on here I'll really end up liking, but it's kinda overwhelming in one listen.
Chuds mix felt a bit safe for me. I like surprises and a few twists.
