As far as language goes, here’s the list: at least 3 uses of s**t, 2 or 3 of a-hole (said like that), 2 or 3 di*k, one each of pr*ck, wh*re, b*tch, b*stard, jack*ss, and someone gave the finger.

I have a seven year old and I admit this gives me a little pause. Well probably still take him on Thursday. Not sure why they went this route with the most kid friendly of all the Marvel movies. I don't remember any of the others having much in the way of language.

There is a little bit of cursing in it (I think they say "shit" a couple times) and a considerable amount of violence. I don't think it'll harm your child.

there's a 'fuck' as well but it's drowned out by noise so all you hear is "what the *crash*" but you see him say it.
