It is good, but not victory good. The only pilsener that came close to victory for me was a limited release from highland brewing in NC.

Cool, I still don't know how it's not like Chicken Mole, but maybe one of the Mole Stouts that B was talking about would be good with it. Sounds interesting anyway.
