I may have gotten 100% too. I remember those legendary beast hunts and the treasure maps which I needed internet help for. I never got 100% in any other Rockstar game either.zeb wrote:Mecca wrote:inhuman monsterSimple Torture wrote:I got 100% on Red Dead Redemption this week, which is the first time I've ever done that on a RockStar game. Re: The all inclusive video game thread
I absolutely loved RDR and as I recall I damn near achieved 100% on that game, if not everything.
Got super lucky and won the poker game my first time not even knowing there were achievement points for it. I could see that one taking forever.

They couldn't have been that old. Gamestop stopped taking anything prior to the wii for Nintendo, or prior to PlayStation2 last year.red calzolaio wrote:a friend of mine just took all his kids old games and systems into Gamestop. i was surprised to hear he got $400 store credit for everything.

yea, 'old' was not the correct word to use. i'm thinking wii, xbox 360, and PS3 games etc.E.H. Ruddock wrote:They couldn't have been that old. Re: The all inclusive video game thread
Nice. Yeah my stepson will go to yard sales and buy Wii games for a dollar or less (crappy titles too) and take them to Gamestop. Usually, when a big game comes out (like MarioKart 8) they offer an extra 40% trade in value towards the new game if you are a rewards member. I think for MarioKart he only paid a few bucks, and that was the cost of the games he bought at yard sales.red calzolaio wrote:yea, 'old' was not the correct word to use. i'm thinking wii, xbox 360, and PS3 games etc.E.H. that's awesome. never have cared much for Gamestop, but the 40% trade in value can't be beat.E.H. Ruddock wrote:Nice.
