Honestly I couldnt stand his acting or comedy, but he seemed like a genuinely nice and interesting guy.

He was much more capable of conveying warmth and humanity than so many full-time "serious drama" actors. Ridiculous levels of charisma. But beyond all that, it's just a shame it had to end this way.
