10k days and that last a perfect circle record were both hugely disappointing to me. Some stuff I dug on both of them, but prior to those albums tool was my third favorite band, just behind Pearl Jam and REM. It was an enormous letdown

10000 days was solid. Probably the worst Tool album but the worst Tool album is still pretty solid.

10k Days is what cemented my fanboyism into Tool. Liked a handful of songs, but it was after 10k Days that I started to seriously listen to them
