for the record, I'm against the time limit. It's hard enough keeping up with my own picks, and impossible to absorb everyone else's music...

well, I guess except for Radiohead. They were a favorite of mine throughout the 90's and the 00's. There's no way I could tell you which decade they were better They were great throughout their entire strech. Maybe not so much in the beginning (Pablo Honey), and I don't hold Hail/Thief in as high regard, but I equally adore all their other proper albums, as well as the Thom solo/Amok stuff. The real problem with TKOL (as stip and platypus proved), it actually takes a few listens to recognize the amazing songwriting structure that lies beneath the 'blippity bleeps'... SO...

Let's all slow down a bit... Shouldn't this draft be more about the journey than crowning another 'winner' so quickly?
