I wonder if a pryto writeup could redeem this.
That Peaches song is fantastic. Pretty sure it's a seminal record of its genre, too.

So can I go and junk?
sure

This Will Destroy You - The Mighty Rio Grande

I've been listening to a lot of instrumentals lately. This was pretty majestic, although the rio grande has been overtapped and actually isn't that mighty anymore. This probably could have ended around the 6 minute mark and been better for it.

I liked this. I should probably go revisit them someday. They do have one song I really love that was on my short list.

Ben Bridwell does such a good job of using his voice as an instrument within the band while telling the story. He has become one of my very favorite singers in the last 5 years. And he has a gorgeous beard.

I had a sufjan song that was somewhat close to making the cut, though I'm not particularly familar with his music. A student burned a copy of the illinoise record for me a few years ago and one of those songs really stood out. This was good. I should go back to that record.
