Re: Arcade Fire
for those of you that have been to this tour, what would you say is the percent of people dressing up? Also what are people wearing formal wear or costumes?

I didn't hit this tour but weren't people required to dress up?diesel wrote:for those of you that have been to this tour, what would you say is the percent of people dressing up? Also what are people wearing formal wear or costumes?
I love AF but that was a bit pretentious. If I wanna wear mesh shorts and flip flops by God it's happening.

Less than half but I guarantee you will have more fun if you play along and do it.diesel wrote:for those of you that have been to this tour, what would you say is the percent of people dressing up? Also what are people wearing formal wear or costumes?

yup. i've only dressed up for one other concert. that was the LCD show at MSG which is one of my top 5 concerts. im thinking AF got the idea from that show.

I figured it wasn't how would you police that? No you can't pay for an overpriced ticket and American apparel shirt because you have on shorts? Highly unlikely.cutuphalfdead wrote:nothing is required

i'll have to look for that pixies cover, because all the other covers i've heard are baaad. i'm sure it's more about being there and the awesomeness of them whipping out a local cover though.
