9. Dsb1218 vs. Numbers

Not a big fan of either team. Awful #1 picks in both cases, Cake/Radiohead/Boh/Eminem/PJ songs are nice, everything else ranges from underwhelming to annoying . It all comes down to dsb having Wilco. Vote for numbers.

10. Varis vs. Farmer John

Varis' first two picks are really great. The James song is okay. Modest Mouse and Powderfinger are kind of annoying. The Decemberists song is good. Grinderman is alright. I don't particularly care for anything else.

FJ's team is mostly alright-but-unremarkable except for the Soulsavers and Nick Cave picks, which are good, and for the MM/TVOTR picks, which are boring. The Beck song is nice too I guess.

Vote for Varis.

You don't have to apologize. You should support your own team all the way. Unless you really REALLY think an opponent has an up and down, inside and out superior team. And, while I do think mine is better, I don't think it's indisputable. Should my team fall to yours, I'll feel no shame. Good luck.

11. LetMeSleep vs. Durdencommatyler

Reckoner and Make it Rain are great but Seven Nation Army has to be the worst pick of the entire tournament. Not the worst song but the worst pick. The Dixie Chicks, St Vincent and Cash songs are not helping dct's cause either.

12. Birds in Hell vs. Kaius

I don't particularly care about Melvins and Big Business but having Om/The Caretaker/Bohren makes up for it. Kaius has a nice run in the middle but the beginning and the end of his team prevent him from getting my vote.
