Backwards vocal in Push me, pull me

At the end when he says "I've had enough, he's had enough" right after that it sounds like a backwards vocal. Has anyone ever reversed it to understand what he is saying?

i thought it was "I've had enough, said enough..."

It sounds like "I've had a muff severing".
