Great tournament - shitty finale. Glad it wasn't decided on penalties.

I thought it was a reasonable game for a final. Very much a testing of midfields. This was never going to be an open game but the chances Argentina had were quite surprising (considering Mertesacker wasn't on the pitch).

Glad it didn't go to penalties and glad it was decided by an amazing goal. Germany were the best structured team throughout the tournament and held their shape with personnel changes.

Well it's been a fun thread. See you all again in about 42 months. Unless the Euro tournament garners some attention.

Argentina dead certs for Copa America I reckon.
So basically, Johnson and May spent Trump's presidency fighting each other over how best to sell the NHS to Trump.

So Dunga is back as head coach of Brazil, do they only consider former coaches when making new hires?

Suarez's first game back from suspension is against Real Madrid. What a shocking coincidence...

Also read Ashley Cole didn't consider MLS because he wasn't ready to retire yet. Uhhh....have fun riding the pine at Roma Mr. 'best left back in the world'...

That's funny, I was beginning to see Chelsea as a retirement home for formerly talented players.
