This is gonna be a lot of fun. It might be the first tournament in RM history where the interest doesn't completely die after the draft.

Well except for the never ending draft.

I just looked at whatif real quick and it looks like you can only make 3 Dream Teams per sport per account. How will you be handling this, Lament?

Agreed. He was incredible in 2005. Should have won the Cy over Carpenter I think.

I think eliminating voting is the key.

I have two accounts. I'll sign up for a third (or fourth) if need be. You can use Dream Teams besides those under your name (I made sure), so if anyone else wants to sign up for an account, we can put a few teams under their username. Otherwise I'll just start the necessary number of accounts. They're free and only require an email.

Just making sure you were aware. I'm now confident you have this shit under control.

So are we picking an actual lineup, or just any 12 position players?

I'll post all of the URLs to the box scores/play-by-play accounts for each game in this thread, and in the OP as well.

You set a line up for each game. You need to fill all eight positions, and the simulator takes fielding ability into consideration. The simulator, however, is in charge of pitching changes/pinch hitters/etc., so your bench and bullpen will still matter.

I'll run a simulation game between historical teams real quick and post the box score here so you can see how the site does it.

Say what?

Man what a fun WS that'd be. I think the 04 Sox take it.
