I saw a pick on Twitter once of Taylor Swift just hanging out in her hotel room. She had a record player and a couple Ryan Adams albums. I think at some point she will make better albums or at least albums I like better. For what she is she is very talented. I will probably take my daughter to see her if she tours here again.

She's fantastic. I'm actually excited to listen to her new album this fall.

Excited might be too strong a word, but I'm anticipating it.

Oh sure. For what she is she is pretty good. Not my style but I recognize the talent for sure.

Her last 2 US tours have opened in Omaha so I'm hoping for that again so I can take the kiddo so I'm the best Dad ever.

I don't really have guilty pleasures in music. I mean I have stuff I listen to that isn't like most of the other stuff I like but it's whatever. I dig the thread.

I really like Adele. Also thought Hootie and the Blowfish wrote good pop songs. Grew up on a lot of Bob Seger and Skynyrd from my Dad. I think Kanye is super talented. The first couple of Jason Mraz albums were fun. I jam on some Pantera from time to time. Quiet Riot as well due to my brother babysitting me by placing me in front of MTV when I was little. The Wreckers were good...a girl country duo with Michelle Branch and I forget the other chick's name.

I guess some of those could be guilty pleasures.

I'm only voting for teams that draft a Mynabirds song.

What We Lose in the Fire We Gain in the Flood is fantastic.

Anyone like Field Report? Kind of a Bon Iver type band. Only the dude has a much better voice and the lyrics are better IMHO. So good. New album in October.

I'm using a 'songs chud loves' drafting strategy, and then I'll close with Mind Your Manners. It's gonna be great.
