at this point Im just going to say 4/5 is stuck with his pick (no replacement after the draft either). He was too busy complaining about stadium names, and pretending to take forever. In those times he could have read, or questioned the rules instead. Not to mention the thread title says "POST STRIKE"

I don't mind letting him change it, but I think the draft should continue on and he can switch it when he gets a chance.

I dont think he should change it at this point. What if someone else would have selected Cal at some point in between. It has entirely changed the draft.

How about he drops Cal now so he's available to anyone, but doesn't make up the pick until the end?
