Glad this was moderately successful as it was way better than the endless flood of superhero/sci-fi action crap we are currently wading in.
i liked it.

I saw that Budapest movie fro Wes Anderson...really boring. At this time he should work as an art director....

pumping iron - this is on netflix right now. i'm not into bodybuilding, but watching a young arnold and lou ferrigno was fun. also, arnold comparing getting a pump in the gym to coming during sex is great. such joy on his face. man, he had to be laying more pipe than wabasha plumbing back then.

Reading his autobiography makes the movie even more entertaining. He was basically bullshitting like half the time.

saw the journey of a hundred steps with my sister this past weekend. it was quite good for an oprah production. and I generally don't even like this kind of movie but enjoyed it

I give it five thumbs up.

There was a moment toward the end where I got the feeling that Linklater didn't know how to end it. But he pulled it off. Very rewarding film.

I really need to see this. It's been on my list since I first heard about it. So glad to hear it was rewarding.

I really don't understand what people are finding rewarding about it.

So I'm on my 100th page of that icheckmovies site, and i'm up to 846 movies that I know i've definitely seen, and it's mostly god awful embarrassingly bad stuff. I'm gonna go to RM's top 25 films list and taking some notes and recommendations.
I had a to see list of movies that was mad extensive but i seem to have lost it.

Gonna watch The young and prodigious T.S. Spivet, and Locke tonight.

A Million Ways to Die in the West.

A load of shite, sometimes quite literally.

I always appreciate nice shots of Monument Valley, though.

It's a great movie. Probably the best I've seen in years.
