Dude is a treasure and deserves our optimism. I'm looking forward to this more than just about any other film right now.

Those posters show promise of some time in actual space and on another planet. I'm still worried this will all be character build/ dialogue on earth and no cool space shit.

Never in my life could i have imagined looking forward to a movie with Hathaway and mconagey in it. If Costner was in this too i might take a hard look at my life.

I'm surprised at the McConaughey (and Costner, apparently) hate going on in this thread. McConaughey has become one of the best actors around in recent years.

I agree. He really annoyed me in his early stuff. But since I've watched True Detective, Mud, and Dallas Buyer's Club, I'm converted. Hathaway on the other hand...

Oh yeah, Hathaway is pretty irritating. No arguments there.

She doesn't even begin to approach the annoyance factor of El Chastain, though.
