Touring Gut 2014

Post by broken iris »

Team, I'm looking for some good local beers to try as I catch the end of the Midwest tour. Can someone recommend a few in these areas?

Detroit (Bells?)
St. Paul
Milwaukee - Did the Lakefront Brewery tour when I was there for PJ20
Denver - Tried Bull and Bush a few years ago...

St. Louis: ____________

Bay Area: ____________

I am particularly interested in local Bay Area beers. We'll be looking for some Russian River products but come to find out it's a 2 hour drive away so we can't visit the actual brewery. What's actually in Mountain View CA worth making an effort to visit?

For the record every single beer I consumed in St. Louis sucked.

Really makes me appreciate Washington & Oregon beers.

Enjoyed my Park Burger along side some Racer 5 IPA. I've had some decent food and drink on this tour.
