A guy at my work went to a show that was basically this, but with different bands. I think it was Everclear, Marcy Playground, and Lit.

I'm not gonna lie, I liked Third Eye Blind for a little bit. I was 11 years old, but still, I played that album pretty heavily.

It's been happening for a few years.

The busiest night at my club is the night we play 90% late-90s/early-00s pop. And not just busiest by a little. We might get 250 people on a Tuesday and 600 people on a Friday or Saturday. On the 90s/00s night (a Wednesday, no less) we regularly get up over 900.

The month before Backspacer went to #1 in the US and a fairly big deal was made out of Pearl Jam making it back to the top of the charts for the first time since 1996, the new Third Eye Blind album went to #3 on the same chart.

I sat next to Tracy Chapman on a plane. She was really tired and we only talked for 5 minutes before she fell asleep. I've always thought she has a really interesting face, so I pretty much just stared at her the entire time while she slept.
