I was listening to yellow moon on the way home from work today. I love the bottomless feel of the music

It's fine that you don't like them, but that seems a little ridiculous.

I love that song, man. Everything about it. And it keeps getting better and better. Bottomless is a great way to describe the feel.

Thanks for giving me permission to dislike them. I'm sorry you find my sincere opinion ridiculous.

Sometimes I get sad when I realize that you don't like them, since I usually take your opinions pretty seriously. Then I remember the Ramones

This thread made me listen to force of nature on the drive home from dinner. And while I adore force of nature and lightning bolt, those are both great songs with pretty crappy beginnings

Yeah, some of the things you've written about Riot Act absolutely disqualify you for this honor.
I moved my riot act poster into my new office today. I didn't think of you, but the next time I see it I probably will

It really is. It's a shame everything that came after it is pretty much crap.

Obviously, I disagree. But even still, a seven album run is more than respectable.

I don't think the band have made a consistently great record since Yield but, still, even five records as good as those first five is something very few bands can manage.

I'm never going to not be a Pearl Jam fan even if their records start getting drastically worse.

I don't know, in my limited experience, it seems that the people with PJ tattoos, framed posters, memorabilia collected, seen 100's of shows, etc., seem to be the people that always think Ten is far and away their best album.

Guys, I'm the only one who pushes for them to open every show with Go. Clearly it is me.
