I was actually briefly considering scalping a seat this Friday in Moline since its like 10 minutes away from me but these guys truly sound like trash now... from the guitar tones, to Ed's shot voice.... Boom's needless keys....

My mom has Sirius too and was exposed to my Pearl Jam fandom as a teenager living under her roof. She at times pops on that station since she ended up liking a few songs by proxy , Smile, for example (my mom is alright)..... her general opinion is that Eddie sounds laughably bad these days. You would think with all the great stuff they are sitting on they could play some of that. Maybe they are embarrassed of their younger selves?

The amount of live stuff they play on that station was always way too much for my liking. I haven't listened to it in years, but I would imagine it's still the same.

I was talking to The Rob about it a long time ago. He said he programmed the Sirius station for more mass appeal and the streaming station for the hardcore fan. More full concerts and rare shit on the streaming station.

I can see how you got confused but I think he meant 'self' as in 'himself', 'oneself', etc. and not the RMer named Self.
