I randomly got a seasoned salmon steak once, never really being a fan of fish, and doing it only because I felt like I should eat fish at least once a week.

It was amazing. I've never been able to capture that level of fish nirvana again, but I'm willing to chase the dream.

Corned beef may be alright in moderation. Growing up however we had this all the time - especially after we'd had a steer killed, then we'd have cold corned beef for a day or two afterwards. I'm done with it
